Harley with his new mate HerbieWe have been in Townsville for three days now and Keith or Herbie as he was affectionately known back in the day has had a trip down memory lane catching up with some friends he hasn't seen for many years.
We are staying with Jean and George who we haven't seen for quite a long time and it has been great catching up with them.
Leaving here today and heading south......getting closer to home but looking forward to seeing everyone on the rest of the journey.
The weather here is fantastic....wouldn't know it is winter.....27 degrees. Jean and George have a great spot close to the Ross River so river walks with their dog, Harley, have been the order of the day.

Herbie is it......Sorry Keith but your nickname from years past has now caught up with you and you will never be Keith again.
ReplyDeleteWeather here in the Bay has been beautiful during the day though a little chilly at night for those not putting up with "the Change". Forecast for a wet and cold weekend ahead.

I'd be staying in Townsville for as long as possible - too cold down this way. And as for being called Herbie again, I've just got used to calling hom Keith and now I have to chnage back!
